At Hazarupay, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.
Returns
We accept returns within 3 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Products showing signs of use, damage, or missing parts are not eligible for return.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Your order number
Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:
Personal care and beauty products
Used beauty tools and gadgets

Products damaged due to misuse
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days using your original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
